Often times we don’t know what we are going through until we come out of it. I started She Contractor during the pandemic, but never once did I expect the challenges I would face the last 3 years. I was faced with some hard challenges, but God!
I allowed a lot to slide, I felt taken advantage of, I felt disrespected, I felt I was in my own way and now with therapy, healing, time, changes and focus I’ve been decluttering, reorganizing, rebranding and I did a huge pivot with my business and my organization.
I will use my descernment and not ignore it, I will hold people accountable for how they present themselves to me as well as how they make me feel and I will build my brand/organization one layer at a time on my time, because no matter what I have a successful business and God reigns on me.
Ive been so hard on myself and have taken accountability for the good and the bad! Its time!
