Last Saturday, we hosted a caregiver brunch as a respite activity for members of our caregiver support group. 💛

Respite is an important part of caregiving, and this was an opportunity to take a break, enjoy a meal, and connect with others who understand the caregiving journey.

We were happy to spend the morning with such a wonderful group of caregivers.

Last Friday, our Executive Director & Co-Founder Cary Lopez presented "Healthy Eating for a Healthy Mind" at the Bayonne Economic Opportunity Foundation Senior Community Center. 🧠🥗💛

The seminar explored the connection between nutrition and brain health, and how healthy eating habits can support cognitive wellness as we age.

Last week, our President & Co-Founder Kristine Allen presented Let's Talk Memory at the Kearny Senior Center. 🧠💛 Attendees learned about dementia, early warning signs, risk factors, treatment options, and the importance of planning ahead.
