Our services are free for NJ residents and include cognitive assessments, education seminars, long-term care planning, and support groups.

Following his Alzheimer’s diagnosis, ABC7 anchor Bill Ritter has helped bring greater attention to the realities families face, including the high cost of care and limited resources.

A diagnosis can tell us what someone is living with, but it doesn’t tell us who they are.

In dementia care, it’s important to look beyond the diagnosis and see the person: their history, relationships, personality, and the life they’ve lived.

Good care starts with seeing the person first and supporting the caregivers who walk alongside them. 💛
