On behalf of Ground Zero Emergency Training Center, we would like to send our thoughts and prayers to the handler, family, and entire OKC-TF1 Team for the loss of retired K9 Laya. ❤️

Laya was the first ever K9 to be paired with a handler from Ground Zero. Her tireless dedication will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace Laya, EOW 10-1-2026 🐾

We would like to thank Oldcastle Infrastructure for graciously donating these concrete pieces for our training facility. And, thank you to R Team Logistics for delivering two truck loads at no charge. This might not seem like much, but these types of materials are required to train our dogs to the highest standards and prepare them to perform when the unthinkable happens! Without donations like this, we could not train to the high standards that we require in our program. Thank you so much!
