Announcing the Trick or Treat Downtown costume contest winners, as selected by our panel of judges!

You all made the decision very difficult this year - there were SO many amazing costumes!

(Note: we don’t have categories or 1st/2nd/3rd etc; the judges just choose a selection of their favorites.)

Winners will be contacted today with details on picking up their prize bag!

What a great turnout for Trick or Treat Downtown last night!

A huge thank you to all the business owners, organizations, and other groups who handed out candy and made it a festive Halloween for our community.

Thank you also to our Police Department and Streets Department for closing Broadway and keeping everyone safe.

And WOW! what fantastic costumes we saw! There are so many creative people in our community.

Here are all the entries to the MainStreet costume contest. Our judges are currently deliberating, and we will announce winners in a separate post tomorrow.

EDITED with important update: we will now announce the winners (in a separate post) tomorrow morning- Tuesday 11/3- at approx 9 am.
We apologize for the delay- you all had such amazing costumes and deliberations are ongoing
(and also, our director’s phone is going to run out of battery before she can post and notify everyone today).

Don't forget to come downtown tomorrow evening (Saturday, October 31) from 6-7 for Trick-or-Treat Downtown!
Broadway will be closed for trick or treaters, and don't miss the MainStreet costume contest at Healing Waters Plaza!

If you're early - Torcfest is hosting a Kids Halloween Dance at 420 N. Broadway beginning at 5 pm.

If you're later - Truth or Consequences Brewery will have live music and a costume contest beginning at 7 pm!

As the 2026 Levitt AMP Truth or Consequences Music Series comes to a close, we're thanking the Levitt Family Foundation for helping make this incredible season of free concerts a reality! With their generous support, we were able to bring joy to our community and celebrate the power of free, live music. Dress up and bring your family, friends, and pets downtown!

Trick-or-treat at businesses across downtown TorC, and don't miss the costume contest (and more trick-or-treating) at Healing Waters Plaza!

Broadway will be closed for the event; Main will stay open.

Tonight's final Levitt concert is being moved to the Civic Center (400 W. 4th Ave) because there's a high chance of rain this evening.

Still 6-9 pm, it'll still be a great show!
