Tomorrow is the day!

Troutman Ruritan Club is collecting gently used clothing and shoes (sizes Kindergarten through 2XL) to help local students and families at our upcoming Back to School Bash on July 18th (5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the CATS facility grounds).

If you have items you'd like to donate, or if you'd like to become a sponsor and help us provide backpacks, school supplies, shoes, books, and coats to children in our community, we'll be accepting donations at:

Troutman Ruritan Club is having its first Back to School Bash on Saturday, July 18, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at CATS (350 Old Murdock Road) for families experiencing financial difficulty in purchasing backpacks, school supplies, coats, shoes, books, and gently used clothing.

Troutman students from TES, TMS, SIHS, CATS, and Iredell Charter Academy of the Arts and Science are eligible to apply.

The event will also feature bounce houses, face painting, fairy hair, community organizations with informations booths featuring activities and swag, touch-a-truck activities, and hot dogs, chips, water, snow cones, and popcorn for all!

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 150 STUDENTS AND WILL CLOSE ON JUNE 30TH.

Troutman Ruritan Club honored the Troutman Police Department's dedication, courage, and service to our community during National Police Week with Your Coffee Place gift cards for all officers and an assortment of treats from Dunkin' Donuts. Officer Stikeleather accepted the gifts delivered by club treasurer Debbie Altomare!
