In December 2025, the Trimble Lions Club , in partnership with community members and the City of Trimble, successfully completed the City Light Project, a long-anticipated endeavor. This project was made possible through a community grant from Gibson Electric and generous community donations, complemented by meticulous planning and research. The club would like to express its sincere appreciation to Jeff and Paula Jetton, Gibson Electric, Cindy's Florist, City of Trimble - David Norworthy, Marvin Dunlap, and Charles Coleman. The club also acknowledges the support of those who prefer to remain anonymous and regrets any unintentional omissions. This project, which required extensive planning and research, has significantly enhanced the aesthetic appeal of uptown Trimble.

In January, two highly respected and dedicated Lions, Mr. William and Mrs. Jane May, retired from our club after many years of devoted service to the Trimble Lions Club and the Trimble and Dyer County community. We extend our sincerest gratitude to them for their exemplary leadership and dedication. Their tireless efforts have significantly enhanced our community and helped make our club successful.

Trimble Lions Club Murder Mystery at The Holy Cow is in the books! Thank you to all who came to support this fundraiser. This helps support our annual DCHS Scholarship. Thank you to Ms Paula Jordan for writing the script and preparing the food. The servers for keeping tables clears and drinks filled. And to all the actors who participated - you made it fun. Thank you to those who made desserts and those who bid!! Thank you to those who donated tickets for those who might not otherwise have been able to attend! This event would not be possible without the community that supports our club. It was a great time tonight!
