Sometimes the most powerful part of getting stronger is knowing you're not doing it alone. 💙

Meet Mike and Ed! With the support of fellow participants and dedicated instructors like Sue, our Wellness Works Rx-Parkinson's program is helping them build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence. Together, they're discovering what it means to achieve, connect, and belong at the Y.

🎥 Hear what this program means to them!

Know someone who could benefit? Classes are ongoing, and new participants are always welcome! Stop by our Welcome Desk to learn more.

We Need Volunteer Coaches!

Our fall youth sports season is right around the corner, and we're still looking for a few great volunteers to help coach our flag football and volleyball teams!

You don't have to be a sports expert to make a difference. We're looking for positive, encouraging adults who want to help kids learn new skills, build confidence, and have fun!

VOLLEYBALL

Boys 11–13: Thursdays at 6:15 PM | Travelers Rest Community Church

Girls 15–16: Mondays & Thursdays at 6:30 PM | Travelers Rest First Baptist Church

FLAG FOOTBALL – GATEWAY PARK

Ages 6–7: Mondays at 5:30 PM

Ages 8–9: Mondays & Thursdays at 5:30 PM

Ages 12–14: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 PM (Two head coaches needed!)

Interested in coaching or know someone who would be a great fit?

Contact Russell Webb at [email protected] or 864.689.4704.
