The White Horse Academy

The White Horse Academy is a beautiful 19,000+ square foot facility located on approximately thirty acres of land situated in the stunning foothills of South Carolina. The program uses numerous evidence-based practices to help adolescents and families navigate the difficulties that their substance use has caused them. n, a high and low challenge course, and a digital recording studio. The program also includes components focused on developing well-rounded future leaders such as woodworking, cooking, swimming, volunteerism, music therapy, expressive arts, recreation, 12-step orientation, education, life skills, and numerous other growth opportunities. Although we acknowledge that we are treating a chronic disease in an acute setting, our program is dedicated to the long-term succes of those it serves. We are not only interested in sobriety but in introducing our students and the families they are a part of to recovery! Those completing services at The Academy are followed up with for two years post-discharge in an effort to monitor and to support the students in their success.
