There are only FOUR DAYS LEFT for loss parents to reserve their complimentary gala tickets and sign up for a candle for our Candle Lighting Ceremony!

After August 20, complimentary loss family tickets will no longer be available. Any tickets reserved after that date will need to be purchased at the general admission price.

We have to submit our final counts for catering, tables and chairs, seating, and our candle ceremony, so unfortunately, we cannot extend this deadline.

If you are a loss parent and plan to attend, please reserve your free tickets before August 20th! And if you would like your baby or child honored with a candle during our ceremony, you also only have FOUR DAYS LEFT to complete the candle form!

Please do not wait until the last minute👼🏼🩵

Tickets for our 3rd Annual Stone Carter Foundation Gala are officially being mailed this week!

As always, tickets are completely free for bereaved parents and siblings.

You can visit our website to:
• Reserve your gala tickets
• Sign up for a memorial chair(s)
• Register for our Candle Lighting Ceremony and customize your candle

Please complete all registrations by August 31st, as submissions will close after that date!!

How would you like to stay in a very luxurious suite the night of our third annual Stone Carter Foundation Candlelight Gala on September 12th?

We are honored to be able to offer complimentary suites to two deserving loss families attending this year’s gala.

We know that traveling to the gala can be a significant expense, and we never want cost to be the reason a family misses this night!

If you or someone you know is traveling from out of town or out of state and would like to be considered for one of the suites, please email Brandi at [email protected]. 🐘

To help us serve families with the greatest travel needs, we kindly ask that these suites be reserved for those traveling approximately 1½ hours or more to attend the gala. While we understand that areas like Salem, Westminster, Greenville, and Mauldin still require travel, we would love to prioritize families coming from farther away.

Blessing Boxes
We will begin packing Blessing Boxes again after the gala! We’re adding a few new items, and we now have nearly 70 families signed up through our website and email. With our biggest fundraiser of the year less than two months away, all of our time and volunteers are focused on preparing for the gala. Once it’s over, we will jump right back into packing boxes!

The Gala
Only 58 days until our 3rd Annual Stone Carter Foundation Gala! Bereaved parents and siblings receive free tickets, and every loss family in attendance will receive a candle to light during our Wave of Light Ceremony. It’s a Family-Friendly Gala
We will have permanent jewelry, an engraving station, elephant mask, painting, “Bracelets in Heaven”, and more for the whole family to enjoy!

We are officially 2 months away from The Third Annual Stone Carter Foundation Gala, and I have a few important updates to share!

🕯️Candlelight Ceremony
There is just one month left to sign up for our Candlelight Ceremony. During this part of our gala, we will honor each baby and child gone too soon by lighting their personalized candle, creating a beautiful wave of light throughout The Bleckley!

If you haven’t signed up for your candle yet, we would be honored to include your baby or child. Because each candle is personalized, they are intended for families who plan to attend the gala. If you’re still unsure whether you will be able to come, that’s completely okay! Just let us know so we can plan accordingly.

🤰🏼 Are you pregnant after loss?
If you are currently expecting after the loss of a baby or child, we would love to bless you with an Owlet Dream Sock during the gala. We know firsthand how overwhelming pregnancy after loss can be, and we hope this gift provides a little extra peace of mind. These gifts will be presented during the event, so they are reserved for families attending the gala.

At this time, I only have two Owlet Dream Socks available to gift. If you would like to receive one, please email me as soon as possible so I can reserve one for your family.

🤍 Sponsors & Donors
We will be closing all sponsorship and donation opportunities on July 31st. If you or your business would like to become a sponsor or contribute to our raffle or silent auction, please reach out before then. We begin printing all event materials on August 1st, so this is our final deadline to include sponsors in this year’s gala.
