That’s the idea behind Not Bossy Nation, a new nonprofit organization headquartered right here in Tomball, Texas.

We’re helping young people discover that leadership isn’t about being the loudest or being in charge. It’s about learning to:

Speak Up. Stand Up. Lift Up. Own It. Be Real.

We want to raise a generation of kids who are Brave, Kind & Real — and who know they can make a difference in their schools, families, friendships, and communities.

And now, we want to hear from YOU!

🎉 Big News... We're Officially a Texas Nonprofit! 🎉

What started as a dream to write books that inspire confidence has grown into a movement to help kids become Brave, Kind & Real.

We believe every child has the ability to lead through courage, kindness, and authenticity. Our mission is to help them discover that potential and build the confidence to use it every day.

We're building more than confident kids. We're building a generation that chooses empathy over bullying, responsibility over blame, inclusion over division, and action over silence.

This is just the beginning. We're building programs, growing partnerships, and taking the next steps toward 501(c)(3) status so we can reach even more kids.
