What to plant in late June??? Now is the perfect time for fast-growing, heat-loving summer crops. Direct-sow seeds for bush/pole beans, cucumbers, summer squash, okra, and pumpkins. You can also transplant heat-tolerant starts like peppers, eggplants, and sweet potatoes. Check out this link from our master gardener friends of NoVA.
