Reminder! ATTENTION VFW POST 7945 AUXILIARY MEMBERS:

We will be having an Auxiliary meeting Wednesday, June 10th at 7pm at the Post.

We normally don't have a meeting in June, but we have a lot going on. We decided it was important to get together in June to install our officers. I hope to see you there.

Help us help others through our spring food drive by donating unexpired, non-perishable canned or dry goods (cereal, pasta, instant potatoes etc.). No beans please. Please drop off donations through Memorial Day at Wackadoo Brewing, 5158 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80919 or at Cheyenne Mountain VFW Post 3917, 4715 Clearview Drive, 80911 during business hours (Wed - Sat 4 to 8 PM, Sun 8 AM to 1 PM) or at our Memorial Day Service on May 25th at 8 AM. And we want to thank Wackadoo for their support.

A point was made at the district meeting last week that deserves repeating.

We do well when we show up and support our own post. We are doing better when we go out and support others posts (and other nonprofits).

Follow other posts, go out and support their events. If other posts are showing up for your post, make sure you go and support them too.

We can all make this organization better by getting out and supporting each other, sharing ideas and being a better support for our veteran community. 🇺🇸
