Happy National taco and cinnamon roll day! Did you know that Colorado wheat growers annually produce 72 million bushels of winter wheat?
A single 60-pound bushel of wheat makes about 42 to 73 commercial white bread loaves, 90 one-pound whole wheat loaves, or 72 pounds of flour tortillas. Wow! Thank you Colorado Wheat Growers!

What an amazing day for Colorado Agriculture in the Classroom at the Children’s Water Festival near Brighton today! Six different classes, awesome teachers, parent volunteers and students that made Cyndi miss teaching everyday! What was the best? Connecting with one of Cyndi’s former students as a parent volunteer and meeting his daughter!
