Looking for simple ways to eat healthier, try new foods, and connect with others in the community? Join us every Monday beginning June 1st at 5:30 PM for this FREE 8-week adult nutrition education series hosted by McDuffie County UGA Extension. Participants will enjoy nutrition education, food tastings, giveaways, and fun activities designed to support healthier lifestyles for adults of all ages. No pre-registration is required!

UGA Extension hosts a monthly Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group that provides understanding, encouragement, and practical support for anyone caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia. Join us to connect with others who truly understand, share helpful resources, and find comfort in a compassionate community. Whether you're a long-time caregiver or just beginning this journey, you are welcome!

Level UP Pathfinders Club will meet on Thursday, May 21st from 5:30-6:45 PM at the 4-H Office! This will be the last meeting for this school year and is open to 7th-12th graders. We will have STEM activities, snacks, and community service activities!

4-H Summer Day Camp Programs

McDuffie 4-H will host 3 summer day camps, see below for information on each one:

Kids in the Kitchen
5th-8th graders (2025-2026 school year grade) join Mrs. Lauren & Mrs. Allison for Kids in the Kitchen on June 17th from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM at the 4-H Office. The cost to attend is $10.00 to help cover the cost of supplies. There are only 20 spots available, must be registered to attend. Register at www.tinyurl.com/mcduffie4hkitchen26 by June 11th to attend. The $10.00 registration fee will be due to the 4-H office on June 17th.

Splashtastic Game Day
Rising 5th-12th graders join us for a Splashtastic Game Day on July 15th from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM at the McDuffie 4-H Office. We will play board games, participate in an escape room, create some crafts, and go outside for water games! It's free to attend but you must be registered to attend! STEM Summer Day Camp
5th-8th graders (2025-2026 school year grade) join us for a fun day of STEM challenges on July 23rd from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM at the 4-H Office. The cost is $10 which covers lunch & STEM challenge supplies! Sign-up to attend at www.tinyurl.com/mcduffie4hstem26
