Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. We are part of F3 Nation, a free, peer-led men’s workout group that is more than just exercise—it’s a community. F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith, and our mission is to bring men together to improve their physical and mental strength. Our workouts are open to all men,

regardless of fitness level. We meet outdoors in all weather, building resilience and friendships that last beyond the workout. You don’t need to register, pay, or be invited — just show up. Meeting Schedule:

A few weeks ago some of us had the privilege of participating in VALOR 008. If you were at Spring Lake Park that day you probably saw us out there. While it might have looked a little odd from an outsiders perspective, to those of us in the middle of it, it was a life-altering leadership experience. We were pushed to our physical limits to strengthen our hearts, minds, and spirits in order to better lead those around us.

Thank you to the Freedom Ops organization for putting this together, to Bones and Olaf for leading our PAX, and to our support team for literally keeping us alive during the event!
