Camp Navigate

We are a youth summer camp & after-school program that focuses on workforce readiness; K-8th grade.

Camp Navigate is a high quality and engaging summer camp for children pre-K to 8th grade. We are focused on developing Employability/Soft skills, promoting healthy lifestyles and creating servant leaders. Our curriculum has been shaped around research conducted nationally and at the state level, which shows that soft skill training needs to be done not just within the adult workforce, but also dur

ing the earlier years. The vision of Camp Navigate is that all young people in the Wabash Valley have access to this opportunity to apply their academic skills and acquire new competencies that their future employers will desire, supporting their year-round learning and well-being.

Your response has been absolutely overwhelming, and we are beyond grateful to every family who signed up. This is going to be one AMAZING summer! 🏕️✨

📣Shout that from the roof tops!
kindness IS good business 🧡

Have you ever gone to a business for service and thought, “Wow… they were rude.”

During those long, hot summer days at Camp, we strive to role model and implement practices in our programming that allow kindness to be seen, felt, and shared.

A good friend once told me, “Always assume positive intent.”
Sometimes we all need that grace.

Just a thought… next time you stop into the grocery store and a stranger seems unkind, maybe they are carrying something heavy you cannot see.

Kindness costs nothing, but it can completely change someone’s day.

This summer we are choosing:
☀️ patience over frustration
☀️ encouragement over criticism
☀️ understanding over judgment
☀️ joy over negativity

The world already has enough harshness. Let’s be the people who make it softer.
