Manna from Seven Manna from Seven is a volunteer-powered, faith-driven mission serving families in Terre Haute and surrounding areas. Every Friday, hope goes home with families.

We provide food with compassion and love because no one should face food insecurity alone. Manna from Seven offers haircuts on the first Tuesday of each month at 10am, but you will need to sign up in advance. Laundry is at 10am every Wednesday unless recently posted changes occur on Facebook. And food for the weekend open from 8:30am-10am (must be in line by 9:30am on N. 8th St.) every Friday. Home food delivery requests must be sent on Monday or Tuesday for each week's scheduled delivery.

🍽️ What Can I Make With Extra-Firm Tofu?

If you received tofu from Manna from Seven, here are a few easy and delicious ways to use it! Drain it well and pat it dry before cooking.

🌟 Crispy Air-Fryer Tofu: Cube it, then toss with oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder and pepper. Air-fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.

🥦 Easy Stir-Fry: Brown tofu cubes in a skillet, add frozen vegetables and your favorite teriyaki or stir-fry sauce, then serve over rice.

🔥 BBQ Tofu Bites: Cook cubed or sliced tofu until golden in a small amount of oil, add barbecue sauce and serve in a sandwich, wrap or alongside potatoes.

🍳 Tofu Breakfast Scramble: Crumble tofu into a skillet and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little turmeric. Add cheese, peppers or onions if desired.

😋 Crispy Baked Tofu: Toss tofu cubes with oil, seasoned salt and cornstarch. Bake at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!

For the safety of our volunteers and community, Manna from Seven asks everyone to please follow all rules, listen to volunteer instructions, and help keep the line moving.

With temperatures expected to reach 97°, our goal is to serve everyone safely and efficiently—and get our volunteers out of the extreme heat as quickly as possible.
