So excited for the new academic year to begin this week. Unfortunately, the reopening date of Eden Tea & Coffee House (edenteacoffee) has had to be moved from August 17 to August 20 (first day of classes). Also, Eden will have new hours of 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F. There will still be the same great quality of coffees, teas, and specialty drinks in a welcoming and beautiful space!

Hey friends 👋🏻 We can’t wait to open our doors again! Unfortunately we’ll have to wait a couple extra days due to some equipment troubles. See you on THURSDAY 8/20!!

We are excited to announce that Patricia Morvant is joining our staff team at the Campus Christian Center. She will serve as Assistant Director, working closely with Sarah Sanders. Patricia has amazing administrative and leadership strengths while also being gifted in her care for students. She and her husband, Trevor Morvant, led the Chi Alpha ministry at ASU for the past two years and are known and respected by so many other leaders at the university. Trevor is pursuing a career as a police officer, but he will also help us with projects at our facility. We are so grateful to God for bringing this amazing couple into our lives and ministry.

We are also grateful for Patrick and Kari Wallain who served as Assistant Directors for the past 18 months. They oversaw last summer’s renovation of our main kitchen and also the patio space, which are now both beautiful and functional. Patrick and Kari continue to lead Coastal Church Arizona, which meets at the Center on Sunday mornings.

Congrats to Arizona State Chi Alpha as they finish this academic year strong with a celebration dinner. They have met at Campus Christian Center - C3 Tempe on Wednesday evenings. Well done, Trevor Morvant and Patricia Morvant!

Since 2016, we have hosted the student chapter of the American Scientific Affiliation () at the Campus Christian Center (). This gathering of students and faculty in science and engineering at Arizona State University (ASA at ASU) is the only one at a public university as others are located at Christian colleges and universities.

We have outstanding student leadership with Evelyn Dellaripa as president. She is supported by Dr. Rob “Putty” Putman, our resident “Pastor to Scientists,” who has 10 years of pastoral experience preceded by 10 years of education and research in Physics. We are delighted to welcome Christians in STEM at ASU!
