The Yellow & Black Giving Back Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping PHI employees facing unexpected hardships. At PHI Air Medical, caring for others has always been at the heart of what we do, and that same compassion extends to our team because the people who give so much need support too.

Through this foundation, employees can apply for assistance during difficult times, and donations go directly toward helping coworkers when it matters most. Every contribution, big or small, helps create a stronger and more connected community.
