Advocacy, leadership and celebrating the people advancing pharmacy.
During our time on Capitol Hill, we were proud to be joined by Kristen Onnen Snair, our board's Technician Representative and a member of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) Board, as we continued conversations about policies affecting pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and the patients they serve.
We also had the opportunity to attend the APhA Foundation Pinnacle Awards, celebrating individuals and teams making meaningful contributions to medication optimization and patient care.
We were especially proud to celebrate the Phoenix Indian Medical Center Immunization Clinic, a 2026 Pinnacle Award recipient. The pharmacist-led clinic was recognized for its work advancing medication safety, immunization delivery and preventive health for American Indian and Alaska Native communities.
These moments highlight the many ways pharmacy professionals are leading, innovating and advocating to improve patient care.
We're grateful to Kristen Snair for representing our association and to our pharmacy colleagues across the country who continue to move the profession forward.
