Tazewell County Extension Master Gardeners will offer a free presentation titled “So you think you want to have a greenhouse” at the Virginia Cooperative Extension-Tazewell County Office,
2860 Riverside Drive, North Tazewell, VA, on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Button Brady, Tazewell County Extension Master Gardener, will guide you through the potential minefield.

I went out of town this weekend. Before I left, I took a quick trip around Tazewell and emptied a few collection containers. I gathered over 15 gallons of plastic lids!

I love our contributors! You’ve been faithful and coming up with some interesting lids. This week I’ll be washing.
We’re getting closer to the designs of a sample.

Bees 🐝 are one of my favorite things ever! They are just so important to the survival of humankind. It’s hard to believe something so tiny can have such a huge impact, but we need to look past ourselves to see all of God’s creation.

Join us at the Richlands Library on Friday, May 29th from 12:30pm - 5:00pm for a youth mental health training. This training teaches you to identify, understand, and respond to signs of challenges that youth face today. This is a free program open to the public.
