Velos Collective Cultivating community for Upstate homeschool families while providing life-skill courses and much more!

John 13:34-35 🤍
[email protected]. 315 Hillcrest Dr. Greer, SC Based in the Upstate of South Carolina, Velos is a non-profit organization that takes its name from the Greek - Βέλος meaning "arrow". Psalm 127:3-5 “...children are a gift of the Lord, like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth. Every student and athlete is an arrow that has the ability to g

o out into the world and be a difference-maker, making an impact for generations to come. The Velos Collective is established on the vital foundation of our relationship with Christ; mentoring while instructing that all things relate to God and our spiritual lives. As parents, we have been bestowed with the greatest privilege and responsibility as the link and custodians for the generational transfer of skillful living to our children. The most important aspect of our community and sports programs is our mentors/teachers and coaches fostering a relationship with our youth while developing considerations in the areas of - responsibility, stewardship with time, talent and treasures, humility, leadership, stability in thinking, serving others, relationships, love, self-sacrifice, spiritual self-esteem, and maturity, so they will live a beautiful and skillful life for Him. Our arrows will go forth as the lighting sharing His love, as well as the light it communicates and glory that goes with it and the efficacy of it. VELOS Organization is a NON-PROFIT 501(c)(3) and is run by a governing board of directors.

We currently have an immediate need for teachers for two established classes: A class for 3–5-year-olds and a elementary-age class.

More than anything, we are looking for someone who loves children, enjoys helping them learn, and has a heart for sharing the love of Christ with them. Previous classroom teaching experience is not necessarily required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, engaging, and excited about pouring into our students both academically and spiritually.

These are paid teaching opportunities.

We would be happy to discuss the class details, schedule, curriculum, and compensation with anyone who may be interested.

If you feel this might be a good fit for you - or know of someone, please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can discuss the openings.

Thank you!
