2016 Camp: From Aug.1-5, the Eastside Y is teaming up with Coke Cares, The Down Syndrome Family Alliance, The YMCA of Greenville Endowment Board, Texas Roadhouse, Taylors First Baptist Church, The Nora and William Smith Foundation, and others!

2014 Camp: From Aug. 11-15, the Eastside Y is teaming up with Coke Cares, Bike Street USA, The Junior League of Greenville, the Down Syndrome Family Allian

ce, and others to create the iCan Bike summer camp.

2013 Camp: From July 29-Aug. 2, the Eastside Y teamed up with Coke Cares, Bike Street USA, the Down Syndrome Family Alliance, and others to create the iCan Bike summer camp. iCan Bike teaches people with disabilities how to ride a bicycle and become lifelong independent riders using adapted bicycles, and a specialized instructional program. Campers met for 75 minutes a day for five days learning how to ride with the assistance and encouragement of two spotters. Over the week, the adapted bike is adjusted until the rider is controlling the bike by themselves. The week concludes with an award ceremony.
