SP5 Bickford is memorialized on Panel 3W, Line 105 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

A United States Army Armor Reconnaissance Specialist, SP5 Bickford served with C Troop, 16th Cavalry, 1st Aviation Brigade. In this role, he supported combat operations and reconnaissance missions in South Vietnam.

On July 11, 1971, while serving in Ba Xuyen Province, South Vietnam, SP5 Bickford was killed in action when the helicopter in which he was flying was struck by enemy gunfire and exploded in mid-air.

A 1969 graduate of Lincoln Park High School, SP5 Bickford left behind his wife, family, friends, and a community that continues to remember his sacrifice. He is laid to rest at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock, Michigan.

SGT Rushlow is memorialized on Panel 5W, Line 41 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

An Airborne-qualified Infantryman in the United States Army, SGT Rushlow served with Company A, 4th Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade. As a paratrooper and infantry soldier, he served on the front lines of combat operations in defense of his fellow soldiers and his nation.

On January 11, 1971, while serving in Binh Dinh Province, South Vietnam, SGT Rushlow was killed in action as the result of hostile enemy action involving an explosive device.

SGT Rushlow answered his nation's call with courage, honor, and selfless devotion to duty. As we bring The Wall That Heals to our community, we are honored to preserve his memory, recognize his sacrifice, and ensure that his legacy continues to inspire future generations. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

SP4 Guinn is memorialized on Panel 9W, Line 7 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

A June 1967 graduate of Lincoln Park High School, SP4 Guinn served in the United States Army as a Light Weapons Infantryman with the 1st Platoon, Company B, 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 4th Infantry Division. As an infantry soldier, he served on the front lines of combat operations, carrying out the difficult and dangerous mission of engaging enemy forces and protecting his fellow soldiers.

On June 4, 1970, while serving in Binh Dinh Province, South Vietnam, SP4 Guinn was killed in action as the result of hostile small arms fire.

He was laid to rest at Ferndale Cemetery in Riverview, Michigan.

LCPL Petroline is memorialized on Panel 22W, Line 108 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

He served in the United States Marine Corps as an Aircraft Communications Navigation Equipment, Weapons, and Defensive Electronic Countermeasures Systems Technician. His specialized duties were critical to maintaining the aircraft and systems that supported combat operations and protected aircrews serving in Vietnam.

On June 21, 1969, while serving in Quang Nam Province, South Vietnam, LCPL Petroline was killed in action when the aircraft involved in a combat mission crashed on land as the result of hostile action.

He was laid to rest at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Riverview, Michigan.

SP4 Gyulveszi is memorialized on Panel 32W, Line 6 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

He served in the United States Army with the 42nd Infantry Platoon (Scout Dog), 101st Airborne Division, as a Civil Affairs Infantry Operations and Intelligence Specialist. His service placed him alongside highly trained scout dog teams whose mission was to detect enemy forces, ambushes, and hidden dangers, helping to protect their fellow soldiers in combat.

On February 10, 1969, while serving in Thua Thien Province, South Vietnam, SP4 Gyulveszi was killed in action as the result of hostile small arms fire.

He was laid to rest at Michigan Memorial Cemetery in Flat Rock, Michigan.

He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Rifleman. A member of the Lincoln Park High School Class of 1967, he answered his nation's call to serve during a time of war.

On December 8, 1968, while serving in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam, LCpl Higgins was killed in action as the result of hostile small arms fire.

He was laid to rest at Michigan Memorial Cemetery in Flat Rock, Michigan.

He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Machine Gunner with E Company, 2nd Battalion, 26th Marines, 1st Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force.

On September 16, 1968, while serving in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam, PFC Durham was killed in action as the result of hostile artillery, rocket, and mortar fire.

He was laid to rest at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock, Michigan.
