For us Sam’s Club Degreaser or Zep degreaser are our go to.

The grates always get dawn power wash or Sure Shot grill cleaner.

Due to a scheduling change for us and wanting to keep our series at 7, we chose our ancillary this weekend to keep things at 7.

Tom showed up and showed out !! He too both the 3 meat and ancillary.

Out of the gate I KNEW had me when his chicken was flawless.

Rib are my Achilles Heel…

Pork for me was solid but he still got me there too!

Brisket we used a choice brisket he did the flat and I did the point.
He got second I got a very close 3rd!
