🎉🎉TDN is proud to share that we have been awarded a Creative Experiences Grant from the Mass Cultural Council! 🙌🏾✨

And yes, we’re celebrating the grant — but we’re celebrating something even BIGGER:

THE WORK.

When we look back at these pictures, we see more than events.

We see a vision that started with a small group of people who believed that Taunton deserved spaces where ALL cultures could be celebrated, represented, and valued.

We celebrate how that vision has continued and grown.

We see our Cultural Fair & Juneteenth Celebrations bringing hundreds of people together.

We see Hispanic Heritage Month events creating opportunities to celebrate traditions, stories, music, food, and culture.

We see Black History Month programs giving our community opportunities to learn, honor, and celebrate the contributions and history of Black Americans.

We see children discovering something new.
We see families making memories.
We see local businesses and vendors being showcased.
We see artists and performers getting a platform.
We see volunteers giving their time.
We see organizations coming together.

And most importantly…

WE SEE COMMUNITY. ❤️

This grant is a recognition of the work TDN has been doing — and an investment in the work we plan to continue doing.

To the Massachusetts Cultural Council, thank you for believing in the power of creativity, culture, and community.

To our volunteers, partners, sponsors, vendors, performers, supporters, and everyone who has ever attended a TDN event:

THANK YOU for helping us build this. 💙

Because TDN isn’t just hosting events.

We’re creating experiences.
We’re creating connections.
We’re creating opportunities.
We’re creating memories.

And when we look at these pictures, we can’t help but say:

LOOK WHAT WE’VE ACCOMPLISHED! 🙌🏾🔥

And the best part?

WE’RE NOT DONE YET. 🚀

📚 The school year is officially underway in Taunton!

Our students have already made it through that first week—getting back into routines, reconnecting with friends and teachers, and beginning another year of learning and growth.

At the Taunton Diversity Network, we believe supporting young people goes far beyond the first day of school. It means continuing to encourage them, creating opportunities for them, listening to their voices, and making sure they know their community is behind them.

To our students: keep showing up, keep learning, and keep believing in what you can become. And to the families, educators, mentors, coaches, and community members helping them along the way—thank you.

Let’s make this a great year, Taunton. 💙📚

A HUGE THANK YOU to Kyra for holding it down for TDN today at the Senior Grab and Go at Taunton Nursing Home! 💚

We were excited to bring yet another Fruit & Veggie Pop-Up to our seniors, making fresh, healthy produce more accessible right here in our community. 🥦🍊🍎

We love being able to show up, connect with our seniors, and continue building partnerships that make a real difference. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, and of course, thank you Kyra for showing up and getting it done! 🙌🏾

Fresh food. Stronger communities. Healthier futures. 💚
