Our Costume Swap will be Sat. 10/10 ( 11am to 6pm) and Sun. 10/11 (10am to 4pm). Please donate your costumes during our regular store hours. We open from Tuesday to Sunday. Most days we are open 11am to 5pm. Sunday we are open 10am to 4pm.

DC resident? Please the DC Bottle Bill. If this gets passed a returned bottle to a store would earn a user between 5 to 10 cents. Powerful Beverage companies are against these kinda Bills because it cost them money. They should pay for the litter they create. Also we should have cleaner rivers! The website is www.3RCforDC.org has the petition you can sign. We also have the poster in our store and you can use the QR code to sign also!

It turns out all staff happen to be out of town on July 12th. We apologize for the inconvenience. We can offer to deliver any goods to people Wednesday July 15th, as long as you live anywhere in Takoma, DC, and Silver Spring. Summers are full of great vacations, and we hope our customers are having them!! Please DM us here or call us at our store. Texting and calling are best, as voicemail are not checked frequently.

We will be closed one hour early today. Sorry. We will return to our regular hours tomorrow. We are open Thursday 11 am to 5pm, Friday 11am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 6pm. Sunday 10am to 4pm. Also on Sunday is Takoma Park Farmers Market across the street.

The 4th of July Parade in Takoma Park, was cancelled, due to climate change. Thus, we decided to also close as the parade normally brings in a lot of people to Takoma. Please stay cool in the extreme heat. We always say in Greenthinker Zero Waste Shop, combating climate change should be the top priority everyone who cares about keeping the earth habitable for next generation. We do this every day, please join us.
