5 Out Basketball Academy Youth basketball organization offering beginner, intermediate, and advanced basketball training.

In basketball, the term "5 Out" is an offensive concept where all offensive players on the floor start outside the three-point line to create spacing. Players are "positionless" and are required to work together to create scoring opportunities, and make timely decisions. Here at 5 Out Basketball Academy, we implement a progressive development curriculum that builds on an athlete’s baseline knowled

ge, skills, and abilities. Our focus is to develop and strengthen our athlete’s fundamental skills so they can perform and adapt to any position, anytime.

These guys worked real hard yesterday. We started with a quick warm up, then 10 minutes of defensive slides, ran seventeens, got into a few dribbling and layup drills, and finished up with scrimmages. They kept their energy and intensity up for the entire duration of the tryout.
