* Workplace wellness–increase workforce productivity through early disease detection; reduce risks and the costs of medical benefits

* Diabetes–identify risk factors and innovative self-management approaches
Hypertension–encourage lifestyle interventions to decre

ase consequences of untreated high blood pressure

* Obesity–decrease health risks of childhood and adult obesity through awareness and education about exercise and nutrition

* Breast cancer–build hope, save lives through awareness, education and early detection of breast cancer

* HIV/AIDS–raise awareness to reduce infection and the stigma associated with HIV testing and treatment
