Have you ever wondered the meaning behind the balloon that trails off my logo?
When I started my business all those years ago, I knew I wanted to honor my mom & sister who had passed really young. I lost my mama when she was only 18, and I was 3. When my mama was making arrangements for her passing she told my grandmother that in lieu of flowers she wanted balloons released at her service. My mama believed flowers would only wilt and fade away, but a balloon would float to the heavens. You must remember she was just a child planning her service and something good for children to remember her by. As an adult I no longer release balloons into the environment, but as a child I clung to this hope that each balloon I set free would reach her in heaven with my notes.
