📣ANNOUNCEMENT!! PLEASE READ!! 📣
The Planning Committee, especially myself, can not thank you parents enough for the way you have shown your support for our class and love for EVERY child over the years!!
This started with 2 moms wanting our kids to have Back to School tshirts for the 6th grade. We started out having no clue what we were doing!! It was just a vision of what we wanted for our class and how we would get there!! We formed a Planning Committee with just 8 parents help plan our 6th grade EOY party!!! By the of 8th grade, we had TWENTY THREE parents help plan ourEOY Party!!!
23? Yep! Along with a VERY SPECIAL group of parents!! Y’all are the most SUPPORTIVE, HARD WORKING, and INVOLVED parents!! Your participation and love for your kids is contagious and doesn’t go unnoticed!!
The Oak Grove Class of 2028 has stood out above the rest and broken records together!! We have received recognition from teachers, school administration, all the way up to the Lamar County School District Officie!!!! Why? From the very beginning, we have had from our parents!! We have talked about our students being and standing out in the way they conduct ourselves!! We decided from the beginning, the Class of 2028 would and In just 4 years we have done just that!! Thank you for your grace and patience over these years as we made a VISION become REALITY!!
We all knew the day would come that the Student Council would be taking over. That time is here! Moving forward, the Class of 2028 Student Council is taking over all the class activities and events. These include the: Back to School breakfast, EOY/Beginning of the Year Party and any other class parties, events, and fundraising! Chrisin Spicer and I have received several messages about the Back to School tshirts. The Student Council is responsible for those as well!
