It's time!! 96.5 started playing 24-7 Christmas Carols this morning so you know we're ready to shop for Little Debbie Christmas Cakes for Care House!! Dollar General has the cakes 2 for $6. With a $5 off coupon, we can purchase 9 boxes for $25!!! Beverly Murphy loves this shopping trip each year so if you'd like to get some $ to her, she'll hit the Dollar General to get our club stash to donate. Want to learn more about Civitan? Come on out to the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce this evening at 5:00 PM (Monday 10/13). We are a group of volunteers serving our local community with an emphasis on those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We always welcome new members. This meeting will be in lieu of our Wednesday lunch meeting.

We put on a fantastic Easter egg hunt today for The Arc of South Talladega County . We had a blast and I think they did too! 🐰

Each March, the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD), and our partners work together to create awareness and highlight the many ways in which people with and without disabilities come together to form strong, diverse communities.

Join in with us and help bring awareness to the many ways to support those with developmental disabilities including supporting the work of Civitan International.
