When we started this season, we knew moving up to 12U meant a bigger ball, faster pitching, and tougher competition. The girls were faced with new challenges and met every one with grit and hard work, but, most importantly, they had fun. They set out to achieve team and personal goals and the growth we have seen from day one to today is absolutely amazing. They have become better athletes with a tighter family bond.
As this chapter closes, we have two very special teammates we want to send off with all the best and so much support in their future ahead.
First, to Aubrey Parks, who is officially aging out of 12U. Thank you for your hustle, your BAT, your dives, your voice on the field, but most of all your smile and kind heart. We will miss you in the Imperials line up, but know we will see you around the fields and your whole family in the stands, we will have to listen for dad’s loud cheers!! We know you are going to absolutely CRUSH it in 14U.
To Ainsley and the Kuipers family who are moving out of state, it breaks our hearts to see you go, but we are so incredibly grateful for the time, laughter, and amazing plays we shared with you this season. Your new team will be so lucky to have you. Distance can’t change the bond that was built!
Both of you will always be a part of the Imperials Family.
