The Professionalism Committee is now accepting nominations of practicing attorneys for MCBA’s 2026 George W. Bush, Jr. Professionalism Award.
The annual MCBA Professionalism Award recognizes an attorney who has demonstrated or promoted outstanding professionalism in Martin County as defined by exemplary ethical conduct, character, and integrity; respect for the legal system; commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professional competence, courtesy, and civility; and commitment to serving clients, the community, and the public good.
All nominees must be a current member of the Martin County Bar Association.
Past honorees include Gloretta Hall, Scott Konopka, Jane Cornett,
(Ret) Judge Martha Warner, Judge Steven Levin, Jason Berger, Ted Mortell,
Stephen Page, Richard Levenstein, Preethi Sekharan, and George W. Bush, Jr.
Nominations will be accepted through Friday, September 18, 2026.
