A big shoutout to Stratford PAL Executive Director LT Kevin Albohn and Director Officer Jose Dias for their leadership and dedication. Special thanks to the Stratford Police Cadets for their hard work and enthusiasm. Together, they're doing an excellent job spreading positive ways to help and connect with our community.

The Stratford Police Cadets were up at 0430 AM to help assist with the 9/11 Memorial Ride this weekend. This group of young adults can be seen at all hours helping Stratford and surrounding communities at all types of events. They are our future leaders in all professions beyond law enforcement and we are happy to say they give endless hours of community service annually! There is open enrollment in the Cadet Program for ages 13-20 years old. If you’re interested in joining check us out any Thursday from 6-8PM at the police department during one of our weekly meetings.

The Stratford Police Cadets had an amazing time at today’s Kids Day at the Farmers Market in Paradise Green! 🚓🌽
Our cadets volunteered to help vendors set up tents and tables, then spent the rest of the day playing co****le, handing out bracelets and stickers for Stratford PAL, and connecting with the community. 😊🎈

Stratford PAL is focused on building connections with the youth and their families not only in Stratford, but the surrounding communities. Building up the future leaders and mentors who give us inspiration to keep expanding and moving forward. Without the commitment from our participants and their parents and guardians, we would not be successful. This photo is more than PAL Hockey or a player and coach. It’s proof that the youth and families we serve believe in us and our goals. Coming into the program many years ago as participants, then to youth assistants, and now coaches and leaders to our next group in line to join us one day in pushing Stratford forward. We love our families and supporters such as Sports Center Of Connecticut and we cannot thank you all enough for sticking with us in making our community stronger! Much love ❤️!

The Police Cadets gave over 9 hours of service to the community today! They started off their morning at the Board of Education back to school event at Stratford high school and then went to assist the Stratford Oldtimers Athletic Association with handling the parking their annual event at Shakespeare Park. Thank you to all who have supported them over the years. The Stratford Police Cadets are the future of law enforcement and are happy to serve their community!
