Lake Kegonsa State Park Friends Group Supporting Lake Kegonsa State Park Supporting the park through volunteer efforts such as Candlelight Skis and Hikes and fundraising activities.

Our Friends Group is excited to share exciting news! Thanks to a generous donation from FOLKS and receiving a Knowles Nelson Stewardship Grant, an accessible Kayak Launch will be installed in the park at the beach! We are thrilled to be able to provide lake and recreation access for all park visitors. This will be an incredible addition to the park.

Join us Wednesday, April 22 for our Friends Group meeting to learn more about this project and the other great things Lake Kegonsa State Park and our group has to offer. (6:30-8 pm, park office, 2405 Door Creek Rd, Stoughton)

Donations are being accepted for the kayak launch project! Checks can be made out to LKSP FG and mailed to the park (2405 Door Creek Rd, Stoughton 53589), or Venmo .

We are also kicking off our fundraising campaign for a new handicapped accessible kayak launch!
Hike our beautiful lighted trail, enjoy a bonfire by the beach, and treat yourself to the best concessions around!
6-9 pm, park sticker required.
