Whether you've been sitting at your desk too long, gardening or simply living life, you'll find practical movement for everyday bodies. I'm a 200-hour trained yoga instructor through Yoga House in Kingston, NY, and spent many years working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant helping people move and feel better. These days you'll often find me teaching my free Wednesday evening yoga class through

the Stone Ridge Library, working in the garden, chasing down duck eggs, exploring the outdoors, or reminding people that yoga doesn't require fancy leggings or the ability to touch your toes. My approach is simple: help people move better, feel better, and bring a little more ease into everyday life. Whether you've been sitting at your desk too long, gardening all afternoon, or just waking up wondering why your back suddenly has opinions, you'll find practical movement, mindfulness, and a welcoming community here.

BrownTown is officially back from its extended hiatus. 🤣🎉
The truth is, life got busy, a little heavy ❤️‍🩹, and I never shared much of it.
The ducks were still being ducks. 🦆 The gardens were still growing (or not 🌱😂). We were still hitting the road 🚐, going to festivals 🎶, exploring trails 🥾, teaching yoga 🧘‍♀️, building things 🔨, and making memories ❤️. The difference now? For the first time in a very long time, I actually have the time to share it all, well maybe not all but at least some of it! 😊 So we're dusting things off ✨ and bringing BrownTown back to life.
Will there be ducks? Absolutely. 🦆 Garden victories and failures? Definitely. 🌱😂 Yoga? Yep. 🧘‍♀️ Jeep trails 🚙, trail building 🌲, van adventures 🚐, festival weekends 🎶 and whatever else life throws our way? You bet. Will everything go according to plan? Not a chance.
