Today we celebrate our sweet, quiet storm — Miss Kimora! She may be soft‑spoken, but her heart speaks louder than anything. Her kindness, her gentle spirit, and her willingness to help wherever she’s needed have made such a beautiful impact on our club.

This year, we’ve watched Kimora grow in confidence, step into her own light, and show us that leadership doesn’t always look loud — sometimes it looks steady, thoughtful, and full of heart.

Our Rhoers came together for their official business meeting, and they did not disappoint — they handled every agenda item like true young leaders! From campaigning to voting, they showed confidence, teamwork, and sisterhood.

💙💛 Walking with Purpose & Growing Our Sisterhood! 💛💙

On Saturday, September 19, the Lambda Sigma Sigma Rhoer Club of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated stepped out with a mission to participate in the St. Jude 5K Walk/Run! Our amazing girls came together as true sisters, dedicating their time and hearts to work through this incredible community initiative. Every step we took was a step toward hope, healing, and supporting the families of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

💛 Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

Every day, 43 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with cancer, yet childhood cancer receives less than 4% of federal cancer research funding. We honor the strength of these young warriors and advocate for better support and resources.

💜 Su***de Prevention Awareness Month

Mental health matters. Open conversations save lives. The 988 Lifeline provides free, confidential support 24/7 for anyone in crisis or needing someone to talk to.

❤️ Sickle Cell Awareness Month

Sickle cell disease affects about 100,000 people in the U.S., primarily within African‑American communities. Blood donations play a vital role in providing lifesaving transfusions for individuals experiencing complications.

💙 National Literacy Month

Reading just 20 minutes a day builds lifelong learning habits. Literacy strengthens families, empowers communities, and opens doors to brighter futures.
