Since 1991, the Gold Heart Pin Campaign has been Variety’s signature fundraising endeavor. Variety works with one major motion picture studio every year, including Lionsgate, Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture, Sony, Paramount, Warner Bros., and Universal Pictures to design a pin based on a film or character.

For 2026, Variety partnered with Universal Pictures and Illumination to create a limited-edition gold heart pin featuring the new film Minions & Monsters. The iconic Variety Gold Heart Pin is one of Variety’s most recognized and successful fundraising initiatives, with early pins becoming sought-after collector’s items.

Funds raised through Variety Gold Heart Pin sales benefit Variety programs that provide life-changing equipment, services and experiences to children who live with special needs or who endure daily life challenges. Help kids be kids. Purchase your Minions & Monsters Gold Heart Pins TODAY!

Join us Saturday, June 6 at the Santa Monica Pickleball Center for an afternoon of pickleball, tacos, cocktails, raffles, photo ops, and good vibes — all benefiting kids in need.

A night we’ll never forget. ✨

So proud to celebrate Jim Orr at our Career Achievement Journal Cover Unveiling Party this week surrounded by friends, colleagues, and supporters who helped make the evening so special. From heartfelt moments to an unforgettable surprise appearance by Blitz, the night was filled with so much joy, laughter, and love.

Most importantly, together we raised more than $365,000 for SoCal children in need. A powerful reminder of what’s possible when people come together to show up for kids.
