WOW, check out some of the locations, God has sent our fleet and Volunteers, just this past week.
Would you help us praise HIM, for good equipment, amazing Volunteers and safe travel.
Each of these locations has provided an opportunity to share Christ love, in many different ways.

Good work, Thanks for all you do in your community!!!!

Tones set,: 7:49am Trapped subject. 1800 block of Cranberry Rd. Arriving units found a hunter whose stand had collapsed leaving him hanging several feet up in a tree. Firefighters worked with deputies and Pipers Gap Rescue Squad, Inc. to quickly extricate the patient who was transported to Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) for treatment of NLT injuries. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT epitomizes the culture at the Galax Fire Department. Members used climbing sticks and recovered the injured hunters stand, then delivered his truck back home. Finding his wife unable to drive due to a recent surgery, they drove her in the family vehicle to the ER and escorted her inside to her husband. THIS is the servant culture of Galax Fire which puts people first at all costs. Stay safe!
