The Del Rendon Foundation The Del Rendon Foundation is committed to supporting local art and music in the Golden Triangle. Del Rendon passed away on September 4th, 2005.

The goal of the Del Rendon Foundation remains the same, to spread awareness of Del Rendon's life, art and music. He lived in Starkville, MS at the time of his passing. He was among other things a talented artist and musician. His love for life and compassion for others touched many lives in a positive manner. All donations made to the non profit Del Rendon Foundation go to supporting the awareness and creation of art and music in the local region of Starkville, MS and the extended Golden Triangle, and to continue in raising funds for the Del Rendon Art Scholarship at the Mississippi State University College of Architecture, Art and Design. Friday, July 17th, join us in supporting a member of our community and the Starkville Police Department. Officer Huffman was injured in late February during a traffic accident while assisting in the es**rt of a funeral service. We are partnering with the Del Rendon Foundation to raise money to help Colby and his family with ongoing medical and travel expenses.

We have a lineup of some great local live music including Lee Battle, Hard Luck Trio, and JD and The Muddy River Band! All proceeds will go to Officer Huffman and his family.

We would love to have you come to the Del Rendon Foundation sponsored MacGown Artist in Residence Sam Henderson’s one night show at the DRF at 100 GT Thames Suite C1 on Thursday June 4th from 5:30 to 7 pm. His ceramics and paintings are beautiful and affordable!!
