We’re missing our good friend and Rotarian Chuck Miel at our meeting today. Aside from being the namesake of the Big Chuck disc golf course in Stanton, Chuck was also in the first graduating class to be recognized by the Rotary Top Academic Award/Banquet. We always looked forward to his Rotary presentations because he never failed to teach us something we didn’t know about our local history. He was kind, funny, and understood better than most the value of Service Above Self. You will be missed but not forgotten Chuck! ❤️
