CASH PRIZES: Rotary Club of Stanton seeks entries for the Stanton Old Fashioned Days Grand Parade for 2026.

The parade is Saturday, Aug. 15. Registration is from 9 to 10:45 a.m. in the Save-A-Lot parking lot at the corner of Day Street and M-66 in Stanton. The parade will begin at 11 a.m.

In an effort to continue the summer of patriotism for 2026, we encourage our parade entries get creative with their interpretation of our “Old-Fashioned Pride, All-American Ride: Celebrating 250 Years of the U.S.A.” theme. There will be a contest to see which parade entries can best use their imagination and showcase their display of American pride.

Cash prizes of $100, $75, and $50 will go to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place entries, thanks to Sheridan Community Hospital for sponsoring this contest.
