🍂🎃 FALL CLASSROOM PARTY SIGN-UPS ARE OPEN! 🎃🍂

We’re excited to celebrate fall with our students at Springville Community Academy!

📅 Friday, October 30
⏰ 1:30–2:30 PM

To help ensure student safety, we are limiting classroom party volunteers to TWO parents/volunteers per participating classroom this year.

🍎 Please note: Preschool and kindergarten classroom parties will not have parent volunteers this year for this specific event.

❤️ We want everyone to have an opportunity to participate! If you volunteer for the Fall Party, we kindly ask that you give other parents the first opportunity to sign up for our Valentine’s Day parties in February.

SignUpGenius includes important information about planning your classroom party, volunteer requirements (including background checks), and the pizza the PTO will provide for students! 🍕

🤝 Volunteer spots already full? You can still help! Reach out, and we can connect you with the classroom volunteers to coordinate supplies or donations.

🎃 Want another way to celebrate with your kids? Join us that evening for our FREE Spooktacular event from 6:30–8:30 PM! Everyone is welcome!

Thank you for helping us make these celebrations fun, safe, and memorable for our students! 🧡

HELP US STOCK UP FOR SPOOKTACULAR!

Our Spooktacular Candy Drive kicks off today, October 5! We’re collecting goodies to help stock our Trunk-or-Treat hosts with plenty of treats to hand out during Spooktacular!

We’re collecting:
🍫 Individually wrapped candy
🎃 Small non-food treats — stickers, pencils, glow sticks, temporary tattoos, spider rings, mini trinkets & more!

📅 October 5–23
🏫 Send donations to school with your student and drop them off with their teacher.

Even ONE bag can make a BIG difference! If our SCA families each pitch in a little, it adds up quickly and helps us keep our Trunk-or-Treat hosts stocked for a fun night!

Thank you for helping us make a SPOOK-tacular night!

Tired of hearing about the Book Fair yet? We promise, the PTO does other things too!

We wanted to give you a little peek at The Hive, our staff appreciation cart! 🐝

The Hive is one of the ways we get to show a little extra love to the amazing staff at SCA throughout the year. With the help of you all, we stock it with snacks and treats and roll it out for staff to enjoy as a little pick-me-up.

Thank you for continuing to support the SCA Hornets PTO!
