It was brought to the boards attention that there are 2 public adjusters in the twin lakes area going door to door. They tell everyone they have storm damage then have them sign a contract that they really don’t explain well.

Please do not sign anything until you speak with an agent or licensed contractor.

Twin Lakes Garage Sale dates have been set for Friday, May 22 and Saturday, May 23.

As of now, no food tent or maps but if something changes, we will keep you posted.

Missing cat: his name is kohbe, and will answer to it. He is chipped, but refuses to keep a collar on. He has never been outside so he maybe very nervous.

We've been notified by residents on Tahoe that trash was not picked up. Republic opens Monday, and will contacted.

There is a water main break off Angelo and Placid. Residents on Champlain and Lucerne have reported they are without water. CWLP is working on the issue and hopefully it will be fixed soon. We will send a notice out if we hear anything differently.

NOTICE TO TLHA RESIDENTS --

The board is actively working on getting invoices out to residents. We expect them to be in the mail within the next two weeks. We have already received dues payments from some and we appreciate you getting those to us so quickly! If you haven't submitted your dues yet and know you owe, feel free to submit your payment.
Current payment options are check, mail order, or Zelle.
We are actively seeking alternative methods of payment and will keep you informed when there's an update.
