Yesterday’s AI Advantage workshop was an incredible reminder that the future of mission-driven work is already here, and it’s powered by learning, curiosity, and collaboration.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Chris Prokes and the Sinclair College AI Excellence Institute for delivering such a thoughtful, practical, and engaging session. Nonprofit leaders walked away with real strategies to better understand, evaluate, and responsibly implement AI in their organizations.

As the demands on nonprofits continue to grow, so does the need for smarter, more strategic tools. Investing in AI education helps organizations strengthen operations, enhance fundraising and outreach, and ultimately serve more people more effectively. Workshops like this don’t just build knowledge; they build capacity across our entire community.

We are also deeply grateful to our sponsors who made this opportunity possible:
The Ohio Masonic Communities Foundation, United Senior Services, Richwood Bank, Springfield Foundation, Christ Episcopal Church, CHF Springfield, Big Fish Local, Chase Business Solutions, Springfield Civic Theatre, Harney & Associates-Funding & Nonprofit Experts, and Linda Gatten Butler.

Your support ensures that nonprofit professionals in our region have access to high-quality learning experiences that drive real impact.
