A sincere thank you to Chad Minnick, Executive Director of Engagement and Annual Giving at Wittenberg University, for sharing his time and expertise with our AFP community.

Chad delivered a relatable, practical presentation filled with no-nonsense advice on building meaningful connections with potential donors and helping them feel genuinely excited about investing in a mission. His customer-first approach, focus on authentic engagement, and actionable suggestions provided valuable takeaways for fundraising professionals at every level.

Yesterday’s AI Advantage workshop was an incredible reminder that the future of mission-driven work is already here, and it’s powered by learning, curiosity, and collaboration.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Chris Prokes and the Sinclair College AI Excellence Institute for delivering such a thoughtful, practical, and engaging session. Nonprofit leaders walked away with real strategies to better understand, evaluate, and responsibly implement AI in their organizations.

As the demands on nonprofits continue to grow, so does the need for smarter, more strategic tools. Investing in AI education helps organizations strengthen operations, enhance fundraising and outreach, and ultimately serve more people more effectively.
