It was a beautiful day to connect with seniors and families at Senior Day at the Illinois State Fair. From balance and yoga classes to wellness talks and Red Ball Tennis, The Shed buzzed with energy, laughter, and new friendships. We loved sharing info about FREE YMCA Silver Sneakers memberships, financial assistance, and all the ways the Y supports healthy, active living for every age.
