Sorry for the delay. I’ve been out with hand surgeries so let me continue on our story. Next step is one of our sweet little boys. This is whiskey. He came to us in a really bad dumping situation. Some nice lady picked him up and gave him some loved and realized things were a little bit more than she wanted to handle so we stepped up for the call. Now you can see his before and after pictures and how far he’s come. First few pictures is how we picked him up and the next pictures are how we’re doing today. Angel came to us alongside Tina, and while she may be small, she’s packed with personality and attitude. She takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once you’ve earned her trust, you’ve got a loyal buddy for life.

This little spitfire knows exactly what she wants and isn’t afraid to show it. We’re so glad she’s here and can’t wait to see her continue to shine. ❤️

Tina’s Story

I was contacted by someone who said a horse was in need of a new home after animal control became involved. When Tina arrived, she was severely underweight, and her hooves were in desperate need of care.

With the help of our farrier, we began a rehabilitation plan. Every two weeks, Tina received careful hoof trims and ongoing treatment to gradually restore her hooves to where they should be. It took time, patience, and dedication, but Tina continued to improve with each visit.

I’m sharing before-and-after photos of Tina and her hooves so you can see just how far she has come. Tina recently turned 32 years old and is absolutely thriving.

Tina didn’t come alone—she arrived with her little pasture companion, Angel. But that’s a story for another day.

We’re so grateful to have been part of Tina’s journey and to see her living her best life in her senior years.

Our farm is home to a wide variety of animals, including horses, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, and many others. Each resident has a unique story, and every rescue reminds us why this work is so important. Some arrive frightened, neglected, or abandoned, while others simply need a second chance. Here, they find security, compassion, and the opportunity to live out the rest of their lives surrounded by people who care deeply about their well-being.
