Lola is another rescue dog who found herself in a tight spot and needed safety to guarantee her future. Five year old Lola grew up happy in her adoptive home, but as it gradually grew to include two small children and then an accidental dog scrap lead to a neighbor getting bit - she was now a liability to a peaceful life. Lola needed a new beginning away from the stressors that were causing the chaos. Lola has been with us for almost 1 1/2 years now and she has settled right in. We love this sweet girl and are so happy we got to be her safety net in this world. With every new moment of happiness and each new day of stability, we have earned Lola’s trust and respect and have made this place her home. ❤️

Obi is another dog that struggled through the journey of rescue - unable to find a forever home and developing insecurities as he floundered. Obi found people he could trust but was too shy and untrusting to transition to life in a home. After four years of failure, his last shot at forever was to come and join us and our Home full of misfit dogs. Knowing that we could handle the challenge of an insecure dog lost in the world of rescue - looking for a new way to live, we welcomed him. Obi arrived seven weeks ago and showed us his hesitations, insecurities and baggage, but we have shown him that we are here for him everyday and can give him the trust and respect that he needs to feel safe and brave. For one day at a time, we prove to Obi that everyday we show up to make sure his life is safe and comfortable, happy and secure. We have seen Obi’s willingness to join the Pack as he moves forward towards happy days everyday. No more worries Obi - enjoy your new forever. ❤️
