WSA is a non profit Youth Sports Orgqnization, with the help of volunteers to provide a safe fun enviroment for children 4-17 to play Soccer in the Splendora area. WSA's PURPOSE
To foster among the teams of its members the ideas of teamwork, good sportsmanship, good citizenship and character as well as the beneficial opportunities of becoming positive examples for others. To instill balanced and
sportsmanlike competition in tackle youth football among the teams of its members including cheerleading. To educate players, parents, coaches and the community about the game of tackle youth football and the importance that it brings into a young man's or young ladies life. Teaching them leadership skills, unselfishness, physical fitness, mental toughness, unity, discipline, the ability to overcome fear, how to be competitive and a sense of pride in who you are and what you represent. To educate players, parents, coaches and the community about player safety as prescribed by the UIL.
