Meet Makeia Brune, a 4th grader from Waynoka Elementary who will represent Oklahoma at the NBA Math Hoops Global Championship in New York City 🏀🧮

Nearly 9,000 students across the state participated in Thunder Math Hoops, presented by Devon Energy, with 19 students earning Global Championship nominations. Makeia was selected by a panel of judges from Learn Fresh for her outstanding work in school and will compete alongside 30 students from across the globe.
